Jar
This is a polychrome jar from Chihuahua, Mexico with
red and black on buff designs. There are curved designs along the top of
the jar, pointing toward the left, in black and red followed by a band
of red dots framed by black lines and finally some square scroll work
patterns. The base of the jar is rounded. This jar has been created to
resemble the prehistoric pottery of the Casas Grandes culture.
